Crystal Rim Lamp Trial Fitment
This is an easy conversion with spectacular results,
the demonstration unit used is from a 91 Mk 5 Ford Escort.
Time Taken to fit : 20 minutes (excluding removing headlights from the car).

1 tube of glue (recommended Halfords 60 Second Appoxy Resin)
Steps :
1. Remove Headlight units from the car, and unclip the 3 metal clips securing
the glass front, carefully prise the glass free from the unit and remove.
2. Position the 2 rings in the unit, feed the wires under the mirrored plastic
bring them out with the headlight wiring. Glue the rings to the edges of the
mirrored plastic following glue instructions
3. Once set, replace the glass front and clip back on, clear silicon sealant can
be used around the edge of the glass before attaching to prevent moister getting
in the unit
4. Connect the wires (white to positive, black to earth) and refit the light to
the car.
